Heart Yarn Ball Stitch Markers
The first item I opened were these adorable little stitch markers, each with a dangling charm of a yarn ball heart. They sent me all different pastel colors—blue, peach, green, and purple. They’re all so cute!
Twice Sheared Sheep tends to tailor more towards knitters, so I thought it was particularly nice that they sent me crochet-friendly stitch markers. These ones have lobster clasps which can open and close, which makes them easy to attach to and remove from crochet stitches. They’re nice and big, snag free.

Stitch Marker Storage Tin
Next, I discovered this pretty butterfly notions tin. This sturdy metal tin is perfect for holding your stitch markers. It’s made of metal and has a sliding lid, with a playful butterfly design on top.
This particular butterfly design is not available at the moment but Twice Sheared Sheep sells several other equally gorgeous tins on their site.
You’ll find a similar storage tin, with a sheep and fireflies, here.
Storage Tin Dividers
This handy little tin divider fits inside a notions tin, like the one shown above. You crisscross the two pieces like an X, which divides your tin into four different sections. Then, if you have different colored stitch markers or other small items to store—like yarn needles—you can organize them a bit more. I think I’m going to use mine a whole heck of a lot.

Sheep Chain Row Counter
Next up, we have this snag free row counter. Twice Sheared Sheep is well known for these tools among knitters. However, I haven’t tried it with crocheting before so I will have to play around with it.
If you want to try one out for yourself, you can learn how to use this row counter, as well as some other knit and crochet tools, from Twice Sheared Sheep’s FAQ page. The instructions, including a video tutorial, are about 1/4 of the way down the FAQ page.

Right Side/Wrong Side Reminder Clip Marker Set
You can clip these special R and W stitch markers on the right and wrong side of your work to remind you which side is which. Like the heart yarn ball ones above, these have clips that can easily wrap around crochet stitches.
The right side/wrong side markers are available here.
Snag-Free Stitch Markers
These removable stitch markers use what’s called a melody ring. The loops are not quite closed so they can easily slip over crochet stitches. I couldn’t find the turquoise version that they sent me on their site, but the aventurine version looks similar.

Cat Clips Removable Stitch Markers
These cute stitch markers are perfect for cat lovers. They’re shaped like little cat heads and have a spiral design that you can thread into your crochet stitches and easily remove later.

Chubby Sheep Crochet Gauge Square
This adorable little one-inch gauge square will help you measure your swatches. If you’re not sure what size your hook is, you this helpful little tool will can help you with that, too! It can measure hooks from size B, or a 2.5 mm hook, all the way up to an N, which is a 10 mm hook.

Chubby Sheep Project Journal Planner
The last of these crochet tools from Twice Sheared Sheep is a big one with lots of cool features! Just the cover itself is delightful, with cute little sheep all over.
Inside, project details pages help you keep track of everything you need to know about the pattern, yarn, and your creative process. The journal also includes grid pages for sketching, clear sheet protectors, and various pockets for storing things like business cards or skein wrappers. I think I’m gonna be able to use this quite well.
